1. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellations Made by the Customer:

72 Hours or More Before the Event:

Full refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable service fees or processing charges.

24 to 72 Hours Before the Event:

50% refund of the booking amount, minus non-refundable service fees or processing charges.

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Event:

No refunds will be issued.

b. Cancellations Made by Box Office Celebrations:

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or emergencies), we will offer:

A full refund of the booking amount, including any service fees.
Alternatively, we may reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date at no extra charge.

2. Rescheduling Policy

72 Hours or More Before the Event:

Customers can request a reschedule without any additional charges, subject to availability.

Less Than 72 Hours Before the Event:

Rescheduling requests will incur a fee of 20% of the Room Charges and are subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled event without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-refundable charges, such as transaction fees or customization costs, will not be included in the refunded amount.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
Add-ons or special customization fees (e.g., decorations, personalized menus).
Pre-ordered food and beverages, unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the event.

6. Disputes and Exceptions

We value your satisfaction and will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen situations (e.g., emergencies or medical reasons).
