1. Definitions

"Customer," "You," "Your": Refers to the person or entity booking our services.
"Services": Includes private theatre rentals, screenings, and associated offerings like food, beverages, and decorations.

2. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified during the reservation process.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.

b. Payment Methods:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Use of Theatre

a. Purpose:

The private theatre is for personal or approved corporate events only. Illegal activities, unauthorized public screenings, or any activity that violates local laws are prohibited.

b. Capacity:

Guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified at the time of booking.

c. Behavior:

Customers and guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Box Office Celebrations reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior.

d. Damages:

The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the property, equipment, or furnishings during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
Pre-ordered food and beverages are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Liability

a. Personal Belongings:

Box Office Celebrations is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the theatre.

b. Accidents or Injuries:

We are not liable for accidents or injuries caused by customer negligence. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions.

c. Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government regulations.

7. Media and Intellectual Property

a. Copyrighted Content:

Customers are responsible for securing the necessary rights or licenses for any movies, videos, or content they wish to screen.
Box Office Celebrations is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.

b. Photography and Videography:

Photography or videography within the premises must be approved by us in advance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services temporarily or permanently with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telananga. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad
